It’s a beautiful home in Fallbrook, the eco-friendly neighbour to the grand wine estates of Temecula, which is only twenty minutes away. It boasts panoramic views and has been designed to show them off, so you can expect vast windows and stunning vistas in every room. There’s an outdoor kitchen and dining area close to the courtyard rose garden and the orchard of citrus trees, as well as chairs to lounge on beneath the wisteria. You’ll have everything you need here, including a gourmet kitchen and a heated pool.
*Small well-behaved dogs may be welcome to join you – check with your host.
*There’s parking for twelve cars here, with three in the garage and three outside. There’s an EV charger.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones.
*This home is best suited to groups with a maximum of twelve adults. All but one bedroom has more than one bed so privacy is limited.
*Bedroom four is equipped with a double-over-queen bunk bed. The weight limit for the top bunk is 180lbs. Bedroom three has a king-size bed and a Murphy bed.
*Your host kindly asks you to remove shoes on carpets.
*This is a countryside home so there will occasionally be bugs and wildlife.
*Your host asks that you keep noise to a minimum from 8pm-8am.
