This waterfront home is the perfect spot to bask in the sun, sea, and sand of the Florida Keys. The private boat dock is a highlight, allowing you to explore the vast beaches and reefs of Key West. The private pool is the perfect place to relax during the day, but the open-plan living space is equally inviting, featuring a veranda and alfresco dining area. However, this home isn't just for relaxation – the Peloton, free weights, yoga mats, and gym access mean you can stay active as well. Key Haven is a family-friendly community just a short drive (or boat) from Key West's historic Old Town, where you can explore bustling restaurants and quaint museums.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a pull-out trundle bed in the fourth bedroom, and two guests will sleep on a double sofa bed in the living room.
*This is a two-storey home with steps up to the entrance and into the garden, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*This home includes free entrance to FYT, a gym in Key West.
*The dock accommodates a maximum of one boat up to 50’ in length. Please note that there is no power or pump-out service to the slips. There is a public boat dock at Key Haven Boat Ramp.
*There is parking for up to four cars on the driveway, plus a boat trailer.
