Located in a quiet residential courtyard in the lively Latin Quarter, this cosy home has plenty of space for groups of friends or family to spread out across two floors – including two terraces. Gather in the living room for meals with the patio doors open, or step out to the Rue Mouffetard, where you'll find dozens of restaurants to try. Kids (and big kids) won't be able to resist the table football, while evening drinks on the terrace are certainly in order. The Latin Quarter is known for its vibrant community atmosphere, where locals and students mingle at food markets, terrace cafes, and wine bars – so this home is an ideal escape from the tourist sights.
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. Some guests have reported that this sofa bed is a little small for two, so we'd recommend the home for a maximum of seven guests.
*As is common in France, the toilets are separate from the bathrooms.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free on request.
*Two of the bedrooms have patio doors to the terraces. Be aware that the terraces are overlooked by other homes.
*For those with reduced mobility, there are two ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms here.
*Your host asks that you respect quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
