Looking for the holiday of a lifetime with everyone you love? Or planning an extra-special event? This fabulous estate has everything you could possibly need for an idyllic Italian escape. Set over two independent villas with their own separate swimming pools, there’s plenty of space to stretch out, socialise, and simply enjoy la dolce vita. As for the location, you’ll be in a serene spot nestled in the rolling hills of Le Marche, surrounded by sun-kissed vineyards and olive groves. Nearby, the coastal town of Fano and historic walled city of Urbino make for delightful day trips. The best bit? Returning home to this tranquil haven, where the hardest thing is deciding where to sit and savour your evening aperitif.
*The accommodation is spread across two individual villas. One villa has nine en-suite bedrooms, two kitchens, and living space. This villa also has a separate annexe with one en-suite bedroom. The second villa features four en-suite bedrooms (two with private terraces), a kitchen, and living area.
*The estate has two separate private swimming pools, available for use between from 1st May to 31st October.
*The swimming pools aren't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*At full occupancy, six guests will be sleeping on sofa beds.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking on the driveway.
*The estate also features a private chapel and an underground cave, which can be accessed via the cellar.
*While one of the bedrooms isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
