We love this home for its setting – right on the waterfront in Seven Isles – and for its style. It’s an elegant home with chic decor and all the comforts you could wish for on holiday. The games room is great for kids, and the outdoor space is sure to appeal to all. Along with a heated pool, there’s a lovely outside lounge with canal views and dock access. Head out fishing and grill up the results on the deck. The beach is only 1 mile away, and you’re also within easy reach of the restaurants, shops and galleries of downtown.
*Your host can provide four beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart.
*The minimum booking age for this home is 25 unless approved by your host before booking.
*Your host kindly asks you to respect the quiet hours outside from 10pm-7am.
*There’s a security camera at the front of the home, and a sound-level monitoring system.
*There’s a private dock at this home. Your host’s boat is parked at the dock, and they can access it via a side entrance – their boat is strictly off-limits to guests. Young children should also be supervised on the dock and around the pool.
