This rustic 200-year-old farmhouse in Felanitx offers a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. There’s a private pool, barbecue area, and spacious terraces perfect for soaking up the sun. Inside, the traditional Mallorcan design is complemented by 21st-century home comforts over its two floors. Guests can explore the nearby town of Felanitx a ten-minute drive away or discover the many unspoilt sandy beaches within easy reach such as Cala Sa Nau, twenty minutes away by car.
*This detached home with a private entrance is set on almost nine acres of private land. The pool is also unfenced, so little ones should be supervised when outside.
*While the two bedrooms and one bathroom aren’t photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*The ground floor twin bedroom opens out onto a terrace, so it may not be the best option for very young children.
*Air conditioning usage is on a timer (twelve hours per day).
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. Those looking for a more modern stay may wish to look elsewhere.
