Set on the fringes of Banyalbufar, you'll be a twenty-minute walk from the village's namesake pebbly beach. From the green-painted shutters to the exposed stone walls, everything here points to old-world charm, but it's got all the trappings of a contemporary hideaway, too. There's a mezzanine study ideal for remote working, a sleek kitchen, and plenty of spots outside to while away the afternoons, including a private pool and a sea-facing balcony.
*While the fourth bathroom isn’t photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. Please note it has external access.
*Some of the single beds are pushed together to create doubles.
*The air conditioning here operates on a timer. It runs twelve hours a day.
*There's an open-tread staircase here, which may not be suitable for children or guests with limited mobility. However, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
