Formerly an olive farm – this traditional Mallorcan finca has beautiful rural views from its extensive private grounds. There’s a hot tub, sauna and tennis court, as well as a large private swimming pool with Roman steps. Inside, it’s all you’d expect from a finca – there are high beamed ceilings, exposed stonework, and antique furnishings. The estate is located just a ten to fifteen-minute drive from Pollença with its array of restaurants, bars and boutiques. There are plenty of paths meandering through the countryside as well as cycling trails and a golf course nearby. The sandy beaches such as Port de Pollença, Bahia d'Alcúdia and Cala San Vicenç are also around fifteen minutes in the car.
*There's plenty of parking on the premises
*All the bedrooms have air conditioning
*For those with limited mobility there's a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (spa bath). There's also a sauna with a separate shower and WC on this floor.
