This minimalist home with a breath of rustic chic is located right only minutes away from the famous Puerta del Sol on one end, and Plaza Mayor on the other – perfect for those in search of that perfect location. This home was built with comfort and functionality in mind, but there are a few design touches that make us excited to have it in our collection. We loved the master bedroom's cosy balcony and the futons in the living room.
* Due to the nature of the hot water supply, it might run out after several consecutive showers (at full occupancy)
* While this home can accommodate up to six guests, guests five and six will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room
* Both of the sofas can turn into sofa beds, but not both at the same time
* There are several steps leading to the elevator – no step-free access unfortunately
