Open the French windows here and perch by the Juliet balconies – there’s plenty of people-watching to be enjoyed here, a coffee or a sundowner in hand.
The second study – which also acts as a second bedroom – is a more classical affair with warm-hued walls, a Persian-style rug and a desk space should you need to catch up on work. Tuck yourself away here with one of the books from the shelves or take advantage of the second set of French windows offering yet more Marais rooftop views.
