This Lake Garda villa couldn't get closer to the water if it tried. Boasting a private swimming dock and boat mooring (complete with a canoe for exploring), and gently sloping waters for a paddle, it's perfect for guests looking to make the most of the priceless lake setting. Granted, the interiors may feel a little dated in places for some, but we'll excuse that for the monumental views, and the largest bedroom suite sleeping four is handy for a small family sharing. When you're ready to sample Lake Garda life, you're just a short walk from Bogliaco for an easy bite to eat and a short drive from the vibrant town of Toscolano-Maderno.
*There is private parking at this home.
*There are internal stairs within the villa and steps leading down to the lakeside, which may be unsuitable for guests with restricted mobility.
*The largest bedroom suite sleeping four in a double bed and two single sofa beds is better suited to a small family or children sharing.
*Please note that the dock is not designed for long-term mooring or for boats larger than 8 metres. Sudden winds can cause damage to boats moored on the dock, so use at your own risk.
*Your nearest shop to pick up essentials is in Bogliaco, 600 metres away.
