Situated in the lively Downtown area, this apartment is a great choice for those wanting to experience Miami's vibrant energy. Just a five-minute stroll from Bayside Marketplace and Park, with South Beach only thirty-five minutes away via public transport, this location really doesn't get much better. However, if you feel like a relaxing day on-site, the building's facilities include a communal swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym, as well as a concierge that can help you organise tours and excursions. The apartment itself is bright, modern, and has a private balcony, although it's a studio flat purpose-built for rentals so it lacks living space and some general home comforts. The compact kitchen is also only suitable for preparing light bites, but with plenty of local restaurants and cafes nearby, we think you'll be well-catered for.
*This apartment is located within a residential building with a shared entrance, lobby and 24/7 doorman. Expect to bump into other residents during your stay. Given this, it's possible you'll hear neighbours. *The pool, jacuzzi and gym are shared with the building's other residents. The on-site quiet hours are after 10pm. *This home was purpose-built for rentals, so it's not the most soulful or charming space. *As it's a studio apartment, the bed is part of the living space. The kitchenette is also compact and better suited to light bites. *If you're bringing little ones, your host provides a pack-n-play crib upon request.
