Located in a rural spot just outside of Labin and just a short drive from the coast, this villa is a perfect spot for a family seeking a quiet getaway. The designs here are a little eclectic and may not suit everyone’s tastes, but with plenty of space to relax, a private pool, and a killer view, it’s a comfortable spot to call home. This three-storey villa offers two kitchens, perfect for guests seeking a little flexibility. And while privacy isn’t guaranteed for guests in the fifth bedroom since the games room shares the space, there are multiple spots for downtime in the garden. Venturing out, the historic Labin is nearby, while the popular resort of Rabac is a short drive away.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There is off-road parking at the home.
*You'll need to climb some stairs at this three-storey home.
*The designs here won't be to everyone's taste and we think some rooms could do with a refresh.
*There are two kitchens here to provide flexibility for guests. The fifth bedroom on the lower ground floor is only screened by a partition from the games room and is not a separate room – this may not suit guests seeking privacy.
