You won't have any trouble finding places to visit – this home has direct access to over 400 acres of walking trails on the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve (don't forget your binoculars for whale watching), as well as several local wineries within less than a ten-minute drive – head further afield to Pianetta Winery (forty minutes away) and name drop your host for a free tasting. Or if you'd prefer to hit the beach, it'll take just seven minutes to get from your door to the shore on foot – the sunsets here are incredible.
