Heading inland, it’s a seven-minute drive (or forty-minute walk) to the village of Pyrgos, whose blue and white buildings have earned it a reputation of being one of the prettiest in the Cyclades.
The villa’s terrace has been designed to make the most of that stunning sea view. Loungers line an infinity-edge pool, overlooking the Aegean below. Plush outdoor sofas create outdoor lounges and you can dine as a group on the raised, covered terrace with a view of hazy islands floating on the horizon. Snatch a moment of pure peace up on the first-floor balcony.
The open-plan living area embraces Cycladic architecture with pristine white walls and stone archways keeping things bright and breezy. You’ll find notes of sea and sky in the blue artworks on the walls, and a decidedly bohemian feel to fawn, sand and driftwood-coloured throws and cushions on plush sofas.
