However, it's definitely not a case of style over substance, as the comfy leather sofa and wood burner make the space feel cosy even on the chilliest of days.
Step through the French doors in the sitting room and you'll find a terrace with sun loungers overlooking the gardens and surrounding countryside – it's the perfect spot for sundowners while the kids keep themselves busy on the play equipment.
