And as this home is only two kilometres from Patitiri, where seven different ferry routes set off from, you’re not limited to the spoils of the local land. But when we say this luxury villa is on another level, we really mean it.
Set upon a hill with breathtaking sea views from the peak, this house is split down the hillside slope as nature intended. Understated interiors allow the architecture to stand out – it’s not a single piece, but two fantastic stone buildings with two separate pool terraces, connected by outdoor steps.
On the lower terrace, sip margaritas in the Jacuzzi pool. On the upper terrace, power through your morning lengths in the infinity pool before an iced latte. Follow the path from here to your dining area, where you can serve up grilled aubergines from your stone oven. Or a few more paces away, find a covered garden with citrus, almond, and quince trees lining the lawns. A feast for the senses.
