The fact that the nearest neighbour is a kilometre away means that there's a deep sense of peace and tranquillity at the address, something you can really appreciate as you wander about the garden full of Mediterranean vegetation. As well as that, the elevation naturally leads to some superb views of the Aegean Sea.
However, the home doesn't rest on its laurels and it has enough amenities that it would still be a great getaway even if it was in the most unpromising of surroundings. The large swimming pool is sure to be the first of these to grab your attention, while a stroll about the outdoor space will reveal a choice of terraces plus a stone barbecue for grilling up some smoky flavours.
