This stylish home offers the best of both worlds – the ocean's on your doorstep, and the lively city of Porto is just a thirty-minute bus journey away. Spend mornings laying horizontal at Matosinhos Beach and afternoons taking in the historic sights that make up this sunny corner of Portugal.
The coastal abode is composed of two independent apartments, ideal for groups who value their privacy. Come together at mealtimes in the spacious garden and savour fresh grub cooked up in one of the two high-spec kitchens. High ceilings, modern furnishings and a calming colour palette characterise the home, juxtaposing with the traditional tiled facade.
Make sure you sample the restaurant scene in the area during your stay. Seafood is the speciality here, and you can enjoy your mussels or cod knowing they've been freshly plucked from the sea earlier that same day. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, too, if you prefer to do the cooking yourself.
