This beautiful apartment sits at the edge of Malaga’s old town, amid a wealth of restaurants and shops. It’s on a street known for its style, and this home more than fits in with its neighbours – it’s a wonderfully chic space.
The apartment is all marble floors and rich wood tones – it’s warm and welcoming. Patio doors lead to the balcony and bring the view into the home. You’ll easily spot the cathedral in the sea of rooftops, whether you’re working in the study, cooking up a Spanish meal, or lounging in the living room. Of course, the best vantage point is the balcony, where we’d be spending most of our time. Sip coffee in the morning sun and plan your day, and round things off in the evening with a glass of wine as the stars begin to emerge.
The beach at Playa la Malagueta is just twenty minutes away on foot, and it’s a lovely walk. You’ll pass through the city’s pretty streets, possibly calling into bars for tapas, or shops for souvenirs as you go. Once there, you can revel in the Spanish sun while splashing in the shallows.
This is the perfect base for a break to Malaga – you’ll be planning your return visit before you’ve even unpacked.
