Outside, blooming gardens give way to a shimmering pool – perfect for plunging into when the heat starts to rise. A summer kitchen with dining set-up encourages long, lazy lunches. Tuck into freshly caught fish seasoned with lemons picked from the tree, then, when you’re replete, call dibs on a lounger and bask in the golden sunshine.
If exploring is on the agenda, take the short drive to Platja de la Grava for a stroll along the pebbles and a swim in the warm Mediterranean Sea. Or why not head north to Dénia for a history lesson at Dénia Castle followed by a stroll around the charming old town with a well-deserved ice cream in hand.
