Returning to the warm glow of your lodge, settle into the plush sofas with a faux fire “crackling” in the centre. There are some nice touches in the full kitchen like the handful of cookbooks and (yes, it deserves a second mention) the wine cooler. Bask in the sunshine on the patio with meals outdoors before ending the day with a luxurious soak in the sunken hot tub overlooking the woodland and pond.
