Situated in the residential area of Faro Park, this home is 4 kilometres from the centre of Playa Blanca and just 400 metres from the seafront promenade. If you prefer to cool off in a swimming pool – there’s a private heated one here in the pretty garden with its palm trees and Canarian-style seating area. There are sea glimpses and mountain views from the balcony too. Inside, the villa is a bit dated in places, especially the kitchen, but that said, there’s plenty of space for family or friends to enjoy.

*There is off-road parking for up to two vehicles.
*There are stairs to climb here (but there is a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom)
*The private, 8m x 4m pool is electrically heated (inclusive 1st October to 31st May)
*Pool/beach towels are provided

*There are bars, restaurants and small supermarkets around a five to ten-minute walk away from the villa
