MAGNOLIA LAKEVIEW is located in the middle of a golfer's paradise between clubhouse and tea 1.
Magnolia Landing itself is one of the hottest golf courses in the area of Fort Myers and Naples, on the Gulf of Mexico.
Relax on the pine and palm fringed terrace of the 2014 built house. From here you have a wide view over the adjacent lake, as well as the fairways.
Your newly furnished house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open plan living area with kitchen and dining area.
