The main villa House comes with 7 suites with air conditioning, fully furnished and equipped to host up to 17 people, kitchen, dining room, TV room, living, toilet, laundry, barbecue, sauna with bathroom and dressing room, swimming pool, completely illuminated sports court. The electric energy is provided by a generator / inverter. There is Potable water on the area. Furthermore, there are several hiking trail in the woods, the island provides ample opportunity for fishing, diving in the clean and crystal clear waters of the region. Part of the infrastructure is also a pier with barbecue area, shower and two bathrooms.
There is also a caretaker´s home on the island with a total of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
The buildings were constructed in 2004, the current owner purchased the island in 1996.
The sales price represents a basis of negotiation.
The documentation is completely in order, there are no encumbrances or liabilities whatsoever. All taxes, among them the Laudemio – the Brazilian marine tax – are paid. Upon a manifestation of interest the documents will be made available.
