The dining room for hotel guests is about 60m2. Two large terraces, one of them situated on top of a tower invite you to enjoy the colorful landscape.
The fitness room fully furnished. The electricity is supplied by a 10 KW solar energy power plant. Together with a 25 KW back up diesel generator, public electricity, a well with fresh potable water and a septic treatment of the sewage, no public service is needed. As a result, the running costs are very low which few similar properties in this price bracket offer.
