Near the center of the traditional village of Kritsa, Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, Crete within a short walk to the shops, restaurants and cafes this is a nice corner house which stands on three floors.
The house is easy to access as it is beside a quiet village street where there is always ample parking.
The ground floor of the property comprises what would be an open plan living room kitchen.
A wooden staircase leads up to the top floor where there is a room (intended to be the main bedroom) and a large balcony with very pleasant mountain views.
The lower floor is intended to be the bathroom and a small utility room which has access to the village street.
Kritsa is one of the oldest, largest and most picturesque villages in Crete. It?s built on a hill and surrounded by olive trees and beautiful countryside.
The village of Kritsa is part of the municipality of Agios Nikolaos, 10 km away, and has about 2300 inhabitants including a few residents from Britain and other European countries. Kritsa is a bustling village with a great sense of tradition and a warm welcome for all visitors and foreign residents. Most amenities are on hand in the village including supermarkets, post office, newsagents etc. Keeping livestock and farming plots of land and olive groves is still the way of life for most of the residents.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 50mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.

Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has a several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbor, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a large modern European town.
