This is a 2 bedroom house in the small village of Voulismeni, Agios Nikolaos, Crete.
Voulismeni is a small traditional village only a few minutes walk to the small town of Neapolis where you can find numerous shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, a hospital, banks, post office and many other services and amenities.
The house is a short walk from the village center.
It stands on two floors.
The ground floor comprises a kitchen and a shower room and across the covered terrace a living room and a single bedroom.
An external concrete staircase gives access to the upper floor.
On this floor there is a very large bedroom and across the large balcony terrace there is a shower room.
The house is equipped with a solar panel water heating system and there is central heating installed.
The coastal town of Agios Nikolaos and several sandy beachesare a 10 minute drive to the east the tourist resorts of Malia and Sisi are within a 10 minute drive to the north.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 40 mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.
Geographically the town is well protected from strong winds allowing sea sports and swimming nearly all year round.
Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has a several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern European town.
The microclimate is one of the best in Greece and the moderate temperatures rarely exceed 30c in summer or fall below 15c in wintertime. This wonderful dry climate together with the natural beauty of the area has attracted most of the high class hotels of Greece to operate here.
The criminality rate is of the lowest in Europe.
