The entrance hall is spacious with wardrobe and leads to a large living room with television, desk and two balconies overlooking the street, and a separate dining room or work room.

The flat is located in the heart of Madrid, in the centre of the city. A few meters from the Plaza Mayor and about 200 meters from the Puerta del Sol. The Teatro Real is 4 minutes walk away. You can walk to any interesting point of the city, as the Paseo del Prado is only 10 minutes away (the main museums are located there), there are supermarkets and shopping streets in the neighbourhood, as well as being an area full of life, bars and restaurants.
