Fantastic modern, clean and comfortable 4 bedroom townhouse near Lisbon city centre. It is a 4 floor house, without elevator, in a typical neighborhood in Ajuda.
It has two small grocery stores in the same street, a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away from one of the most beautiful Lisbon parks, the Monsanto Forest. The parking in front of the house is free and there are always available spots.
It offers all amenities and comfort, has a fully equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi coverage included, TV, towels and bed linen, and is professionally sanitized before each stay.
The ideal apartment for a family of 5. With three single beds (in separate bedrooms) and a double bed, it also has 1 sofa in the living room. The living room is comfortable, with large windows that capture a lot of light, with few objects, but with some pieces that give soul and a traditional Portuguese atmosphere and charm.
It is ideal for both working and exploring the Lisbon/Cascais, as well as for a medium or long stay in Lisbon. Minimum stay of 3 months.

No overnight guests are allowed without landlord authorization.

Guests will be responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay.
