PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
Exellent infrastructure due 2 mintures working distance to the U6-Nussdorferstraße or U6/U4 Spittelau and all main tram lines.
GROCERY STORES:
The Supermarket Spar is 1 minute away and the discounter Hofer 5 minutes.
GYM:
There are two Gyms 2 blocks away which are called "Sportunion Döbling" and "Fit Fabrik Plus Döbling " that will save you time and keep you in a good shape during your stay.
CLEAINING:
Every week my cleaning lady Jasna is going to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, and corridors to make sure that the flat is in a clean and sober condition.
