✅ THE APARTAMENT: Apartment on the 1st floor of a building without elevator, 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200, electric heating and ceiling fan, large bright living room with sofa bed and 40'' TV, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and coffee machine, bathroom with hairdryer and bathtub and a sunny winter garden with a hammock. Because someone needs to pay the bills, there is also a desk and work chair and 5G wifi.
✅ THE NEIGHBORHOOD: In the center of Costa de Caparica, but on a very quiet side street, everything is within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes: Supermarkets, Laundries, Cafes shops, Restaurants, Beaches and Bus Stops to Lisbon, Universities and surroundings.
The cherry on top of the cake is the immensity of the sea that lie down on the 20km of golden sand beach, with the solitary noise of the wild waves of winter, or the buzz of the crowd on hot summer days.
