Tuin van Noord is a project of a newly reconstructed building of apartments in one of the oldest judicial buildings of the Netherlands (the prison and courthouse). In the pictures, you will see that all apartments are built in a kind of gated community with open gardens. This project won the 2nd price of architecture in 2021!
The central station and the city centre are 1 km. It is a gorgeous, quiet and safe area.
The 50 m2 apartment is on the second floor. The apartment has a hallway with a separate toilet, open kitchen, living room, bedroom and loggia.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven/ microwave, induction stove, hood, fridge and freezer, water cooker and kitchenware.
The loggia 5 m2 is south-orientated.
The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom, and there is a separate space for a washing machine.
