The Comisario 2nd floor apartment, completely new, has a bathroom with a large shower with screen, as well as a laundry room and a kitchen fully equipped with utensils and the necessary appliances to make your stay at home: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave , coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
It has a spacious modern and cozy living/dining room in soft tones that create an atmosphere conducive to rest.
Our Comisario Premium 2nd floor holiday apartment is located in a privileged area of ​​Malaga: Alameda Principal. The main Alameda is located a few meters from Calle Larios, the axis of the historic center is, without a doubt, the great commercial street of Malaga that connects the Plaza de La Constitución and the Plaza de La Marina.
The Cathedral of Malaga can be found less than 300 meters away. The Thyssen Museum and the Picasso Museum less than 500 meters away. The Plaza de la Merced and Casa Natal Picasso is less than 600 meters away. The Port of Malaga, Pier One and the Pompidou Museum are just 500 meters away.
There are probably few things we associate as much with a seaside holiday as boardwalks. The Malaga promenade is located on La Malagueta beach, about 800 meters from the apartment, which is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment.
As for means of transport, in the same Alameda Principal there are taxi and bus stops. On the other hand, there is a train stop less than 300 meters away. From here you can go to any point on the Costa del Sol: either some other point on the coast or the airport itself. The connection is perfect.
Just 5 minutes away is the Atarazanas Market, a building dating from the 14th century. The María Zambrano train and AVE station is approximately 1 km away.

Free weekly cleaning (includes change of sheets and towels). Does not include kitchenware cleaning.
The entry time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you want to register after 9:00 p.m.
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., we offer two options: .1- Pick up the keys at the office at no cost,
2- meet at the reserved apartment. This last service has an extra charge of EUR 50 payable on arrival.

You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over the age of 16 will have to sign the police register.
Please, do not forget that we will ask you for a refundable deposit upon your arrival. This deposit will have to be paid by credit card.
