The pousada was built on a landplot of 780 m2 with 970 m2 of constructed area. The building consists of a ground floor (common area) + two floors with seven housing units each + penthouse.
There are 16 housing units completed, all furnished.
Furthermore there is also the possibility of expansion. In the garden, alongside the two existing suites on site, the construction of another eight suites is planned (already with plans).
Furthermore, the penthouse can be expanded to a complete third floor (the structure was planned for this), which can accommodate more than 10 to 12 suites (or 8 to 10 suites + leisure area).
Furthermore, the Tempero, Dragão and Praça dos Leões suites are very large (36 m2) and can easily be transformed into kitchenettes/smaller suites.
